A New Standard for Urban Living
Modern cities offer opportunity, connection, and convenience. Yet many homes within them have become increasingly disconnected from the environment they occupy—relying on extensive glazing, mechanical cooling, and imported design approaches that often overlook the realities of Ghana's tropical climate.
The Earth Residence was conceived as a different response.
Rather than asking residents to adapt to their home, we designed a home that responds to its environment and the people who live within it.
Located in one of Accra's most desirable neighbourhoods, The Earth Residence combines contemporary architecture with climate-responsive design, natural materials, and intelligent technology to create a healthier, more comfortable way to live.
